It is important to remember that food is complex; it consists of many nutritional factors. There may be a certain part of a food that your body is needing, but other parts of that same food may be a Stressor. Therefore, this part of the Nutritional Scan must be looked at with an open perspective and an investigative eye. In other words, you may need to test certain foods that the report states are stressing your body while other suggestions will be obvious food Stressors that you already know about.
