Chocolate Moose Recipe
Avocado, raw cacao powder, honey, vanilla, dash of salt, and water. Mmmmmmmm!!! The absolute most creamiest, thickest, full flavored chocolate that NO ONE believes is made with these simple ingredients. Period.
So my daughter had a birthday party and I whipped up a batch of this chocolate mousse (gotta love the “Moose” in the recipe name, right). Anyways, it was a hit with die-hard chocolate lovers and absolutely no one guessed that it had no dairy milk! A couple of people even came back for seconds :0).
3/4 cup avocado (mashed)
1/3 cup raw cacao powder (click here for the exact one I use)
1/4 cup raw honey
1/4 cup water
1 teaspoon vanilla extract (or even better, the inside of 1 vanilla bean scraped out…lends for a stronger full flavor)
Dash of salt
Blend everything in a blender until smooth.
Easy! Incredibly chocolatey and smooth!
I dare any choco-holic to try this recipe. One and done. You’ll be hooked!

I am in my mid 30s, a wife to a Brazilian man, mother to a 6 year old daughter, and happy owner of a beautiful Australian Labradoodle named Bel. I am a Christian and profess Jesus Christ to be my Lord and Savior! My interests are sort of nerdy; I like to culture fruit, brew kombucha, use essential oils, do occasional fun runs, go saltwater fishing and I have over 16 fruit trees in my backyard.
